<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking passage sign sheet for visually handicapped persons, which is stuck to a concrete surface so as not to be separated from the same under normal service conditions, and is precisely recognizable as a border line in a dangerous zone such as stairs and a station platform. <P>SOLUTION: The walking passage sign sheet consists of a slim sheet made of aluminum or a thermoplastic resin, a sign section, a transparent thermoplastic resin sheet, and a transparent organic coating layer. The thermoplastic resin sheet has a lower adhesive surface. The sign section is arranged on a front surface of the thermoplastic resin sheet, and consists of a yellow sign zone at a lateral center portion and black sign zones on both lateral sides of the yellow sign zone in a manner sandwiching the same. The transparent thermoplastic resin sheet is laminated on an upper surface of the sign section and has a fine rugged portion formed on a front surface thereof. The transparent organic coating layer is abrasion resistant and coated onto an upper surface of the transparent thermoplastic resin sheet.
