PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove such a situation that a spout is not inserted into a hole of a plastic film and the spout in that state is supplied in the bag making machine for inserting the spout 10 into the hole 4 of a plastic film 1. SOLUTION: The plastic film is supplied by a plastic film feeding mechanism 3, and a hole-forming mechanism 5 and a spout insertion mechanism 8 are combined therewith to form a hole in the plastic film, and a spout is inserted into the hole.
