<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate electric connection work of an electric motor and a control unit; and to secure a stable connection state over a long period. <P>SOLUTION: A connecting terminal 33 is arranged in a housing 13 of the electric motor 11, and is electrically directly connected to a coil 29, and is formed in a plate shape.
