PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a checker head capable of being manufactured by a simple work and adapted to a large current, hardly having unevenness in the pushing pressure of contact pins, and having a small number of parts and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: One conductor 60 is passed through two through holes 59 of a wiring fixing plate 58 and temporarily fixed. When all the conductors 60 are inserted to complete wiring, the conductors 60 are completely glued by a low-viscosity adhesive 64, and protrusion parts of the conductors 60 are removed and flattened. A front plate 52; intermediate plates 54A and 54B; a back plate 56; the contact pins 20; a coil spring 30; and a back pin 40 are assembled to this to manufacture the checker head.
