PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supply system with reduced sliding resistance between a connection member and a supporting portion, performing smooth relative movement between a lid member and a pump unit. SOLUTION: A flange 11 and a sub tank 20 having a fuel pump 40 are connected to each other via a metal pipe 16 in a relatively movable manner in the axial direction of the metal pipe 16. The metal pipe 16 is inserted in a hole portion 35 formed in a case cover 34 of a pump unit. The metal pipe 16 is guided to be moved in the axial direction by the slide of the metal pipe with an inner circumferential surface 51 of a supporting portion 50 formed on the outer circumferential side of the hole portion 35. A notched portion 52 to divide the inner circumferential surface 51 in the circumferential direction is formed on the inner circumferential side of the supporting portion 50. Therefore, even when the metal pipe 16 is inclined in the hole portion 35, the metal pipe 16 is not touched with the inner circumferential surface 51 in a portion corresponding to the notched portion 52, and the sliding resistance is reduced thereby.
