PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environmentally friendly, vegetable fiber-based, biodegradable and functional fiber structure compounded with functional farm product wastes through utilizing them, having functionality including deodorizing, antimicrobial and hygroscopic functions. SOLUTION: The fiber structure compounded with the functional farm product wastes is obtained by the process such that vegetable fibers, thermofusible thermoplastic fibers and the functional farm product wastes are subjected to blending/heat treatment by dry fiber accumulation technique to effect mutual fiber fusing into a sheet, which is then formed by hot-press working.
