PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Ni based boride dispersed corrosion resistant and wear resistant alloy which has excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance and deflective strength, and also has excellent cladding properties with alloy steel. SOLUTION: The Ni based boride dispersed corrosion resistant and wear resistant alloy comprises, by mass, 5 to 30% Cr, 10 to 40% Mo and 0.5 to 4.0% B. Also, its matrix satisfies the conditions of 11≤(the Mo content in the matrix)+10 (the B content)≤40, 15≤(the Cr content in the matrix)+(the Mo content in the matrix), and (the Cr content in the matrix)+1.5 (the Mo content in the matrix)≤55.
