PURPOSE: A method of producing frozen mixed seasoning material by mixing red pepper powder, garlic, onion, ginger, salt, MSG or the like, quickly freezing and then packing is provided. The produced seasoning material can be stored within a distribution company or at home for a long period of time without change in taste and color. CONSTITUTION: A method of making the titled mixed seasoning material comprises the steps of: peeling onions, garlics and gingers in a peeling process(10); washing the peeled onions, garlics and gingers and red pepper in a washing process(20); grinding the washed onions, garlics, gingers and red pepper in a grinding process(30); mixing 36 to 43% by weight of red pepper powder, 12 to 18% by weight of onion powder, 3 to 7% by weight of garlic powder, 2 to 4% by weight of ginger powder, 0.5 to 1.5% by weight of salt, 0.1% by weight of MSG and 34.0 to 38.8% by weight of purified water in a mixing process(40); weighing the product and filling it into a bag in a weighing and bag filling process(50); and quickly freezing the product at -30 to -45deg.C in a quick freezing process and packaging in a packaging process(70). |
