摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find optical characteristics of an eyes impossible to be measured by a uniform adjustment such as an eye with a great difference in a distribution of a refractive index. <P>SOLUTION: An arithmetic part, at first, selects a link mode and adjusts an alignment (S 101). Then, the arithmetic part measures a refractive force and moves a first illuminating optical system and a first light receiving optical system based on the refractive force by being linked with each other (S103-S107). The arithmetic part finds a density distribution of a point image obtained from a first light receiving part and determines whether or not being measurable for every area based on the density (S109-111). The arithmetic part adjusts an unmeasurable area to make it measurable (S113) and creates a synthetic point image from a plurality of signals obtained from the adjustment process (S115). The arithmetic part performs Zernike analysis using the synthetic point image, finds the optical characteristics and outputs them on a display part and the like (S117-S123). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
