<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loan system using ATMs installed in bank branches to set loans by use of the ATMs and transfer a financed amount into an account in another bank. <P>SOLUTION: A management center 1 is connected via a dedicated line or the Internet to ATMs 2a-2c, 3a-3c and the like installed in different locations, and uses the ATMs 2a-2c, 3a-3c to set an automatic overdraft service (loan).
