<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC module circuit board suitably available for an IC module having the interfaces of contact, non-contact and USB contact terminals. <P>SOLUTION: This IC module circuit board 10 is provided to be used for an IC module having two kinds of interfaces of contact and non-contact terminals, and a pair of terminal boards 25 and 26 for antenna coil connection to be connected to an antenna coil in a card board are formed on the opposite face of an external connecting terminal group, and the terminal boards for antenna coil connection are conducted to a "U" shaped circuit 27 and a reversing "U" shaped circuit 28 isolated from each other, and faced to each other as a whole so that an IC chip mounting part 3s can be surrounded. Thus, the circuit board can be deformed in configurations available for an IC module having three kinds of interfaces of contact, non-contact and USB contact terminals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
