<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tray box whose body has double walls at all sides that provide the tray box with stack strength. <P>SOLUTION: The tray box 1 is shaped by folding a plate and is used for holding a plurality of arranged articles. A bottom board is formed almost in the center of the plate material, and side boards 4, 10 are formed consecutively along respective side edges of the bottom board via folding lines and raised vertically to form the tray body. An inner board is formed consecutively along one side edge of each side board 4, 10 via each folding line into a shape almost identical with the side board 4, 10 next to the inner board. The inner boards are folded and superimposed on the interior of the adjacent side boards 4, 10, respectively. Meanwhile, folding back boards 6, 12 are formed consecutively along the top edge of respective side boards 4, 10 via folding lines. The folding back boards 6, 12 are folded downward to sandwich the inner boards between the folding back boards 6, 12 and the side boards 4, 10, respectively, thus shape the box 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
