<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional fiber fabric decomposing odorous materials or noxious materials even with visible light, preventing the emission of malodors by decomposition of a binder resin, sufficiently exhibiting excellent deodorizing and antimicrobial properties, etc., and further producible by a simple method such as a one-stage processing method. <P>SOLUTION: The functional fiber fabric is obtained by fixing a visible light type photocatalyst to a fiber fabric with a cellulosic binder and/or a binder of polysaccharides. In the process, the visible light type photocatalyst is preferably a titanium oxynitride photocatalyst. The cellulosic binder and/or the binder of the polysaccharides are preferably cross-linked.
