PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser apparatus for obtaining a uniform light strength distribution at the point of irradiation with little light loss by a simple method.

SOLUTION: A laser beam emitting part includes a light resonance part. At least one of the length of a resonator constituting the light resonance part and the curvature of a reflection mirror, is decided so as to allow the parameter M2of beam quality in a laser beam to be emitted to be not less than 8 and not more than 22.
