<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-piece solid golf ball which is superior in flight distance, spin performance and shot feel. <P>SOLUTION: In the multi-piece solid golf ball composed of a core (5) comprising a center (1), an intermediate layer (2) formed on the center (1) and an outer layer (3) formed on the intermediate layer (2), and a cover (4) covering the core (5), the center (1) has a diameter of 10 to 20mm and a central point hardness in JIS-A hardness of 30 to 85, the intermediate layer (2) has a surface hardness in Shore D hardness of 30 to 55, the outer layer (3) has a hardness in Shore D hardness of 55 to 70, and the cover (4) has a Shore D hardness of 35 to 55 and a thickness of 0.3 to 1.5mm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
