<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a combination drug in which interferon and various kinds of cytokines are produced in the human body, their proliferations and antagonisms are solved by dependence on orders in vivo and essential immune strength of a user is exhibited to maximum to bring about great effect mainly on treatment of cancers. <P>SOLUTION: The combination drug is obtained by blending an organic mineral component with a polysaccharide and gluconsamine. The organic mineral component is extracted from ocean planktons and lactic acid bacteria. The organic mineral component is organic ionized calcium. The polysaccharide is an oligosaccharide. The oligosaccharide is an oligosaccharide having ≤1,000 molecular weight of the center of the hexamer.
