<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent paper materials torn along the end part of cutting line. <P>SOLUTION: The appliance is provided with a suction roller 7 and a roller 9 with blades 14 combined to separate single paper strips 3 from a continuous belt of material 4 in a predetermined frequency, and the papers 3 for attaching filter are cut from the continuous belt 4 running the predetermined feeding path P. The tension of the running belt 4 is periodically changed by a deflecting element 31, and the deflecting element 31 is combined with the suction roller 7 and set to move between two limited locations of a location placed on the outside of the outer surface 20 of the suction roller 7 and the other location placed inside, in an interval matching to a frequency of the cutting steps. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
