PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component for a vehicle such as a tail lamp lens and a lamp cover hardly generating clacks even when washed by a cleaning agent for the vehicle with high alcohol content, and even if the clacks are generated, the clacks are small and does not cause any problem such as degradation of an external appearance. SOLUTION: The component for a vehicle is composed of a methyl methacrylate unit of 80 to 95 mass%; a styrene unit of 5 to 20 mass%; an another copolymerizable monomer unit of 0 to 15 mass%; and also a copolymer with a weight average molecular weight of 100,000-200,000.
