PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drying device capable of reducing the installation space and costs, and efficiently drying a dried matter. SOLUTION: This drying device comprises a conveyor device 10 composed of rollers 12, 14 mounted at a specific interval, and an endless belt 13 guided by the rollers 12, 14, and loading and moving the dried matter 1, an unevenness forming means 20 for deforming a part of the endless belt 13 positioned between the rollers 12, 14 into the recessed and/or projecting shape, and an unevenness driving means 30 for rotating or reciprocating the unevenness forming means 20. By rotating or reciprocating the unevenness forming means 20 for deforming the part of the endless belt 13 into the recessed and/or projecting shape, the unevenness is continuously formed on the endless belt 13. Further by changing a speed of the unevenness driving means 30, the number of pieces of unevenness formed on the endless belt 13 per a unit time can be arbitrarily increased and decreased.
