PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmission system which is configured by connecting a plurality of hub devices to integrally perform real-time transmission right control even when the hub devices of a star-like data transmission apparatus are distributively located. SOLUTION: The data transmission system is provided with one transmitting-receiving control system and another transmitting-receiving control system and in a CSMA/CD type media access control system connecting a plurality of terminals each having a data frame transmitting-receiving function to the ports of hub devices in a star, the hub devices of the one transmitting-receiving control system and the other transmitting-receiving control system are connected with a signal transmission line to perform transmission permission control for sending data frames from a terminal to which one of the plurality of hub devices is corresponding to the ports in the predetermined order at one time point.
