PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment level holding system which can fully automate when surveying instrument mounting a GPS antenna is installed in a disaster in situ or the like where a man is hard to enter, and enables a stable level holding with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: An equipment mount 2 is so fixed to one end of a strut 3 that a face of the mount 2 is perpendicular, and a spindle 6 is fixed to the other end and anchored to a supporting inner frame 7 of a gimbel system wobble support means. The strut 3 is pivotally supported in such a manner that the spindle performs stagging downward setting a prescribed position of the strut as a center. The wobble support means is equipped with a wobble preventing implement capable of preventing a wobble of the strut 3. The wobble preventing implement cancels wobble preventing so that the strut 3 may pivot, when the trestle tilts. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
