PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operating performance of a working vehicle by selecting one of a plurality of multi-stage lock-up speeds which can output from a constant speed mechanism according to the load, extremely reducing the output loss by making the vehicle automatically select the lock-up speed, and performing work highly efficiently. SOLUTION: A constant speed output of a constant speed mechanism 76 is selected out of a plurality of speeds in the working vehicle provided with a hydraulic speed change mechanism 40 for changing drive speed and the constant speed mechanism 76, which drives at an approximately constant speed.
