Consequently, a gap Ax between an ink roller 18 at a region where the part 13c(14c) is formed and the inner peripheral face 4b of the plate cylinder 4 is of the size equivalent to a normal gap A and the thicknessαof the part 13c(14c) in the diametral direction combined together. The function that the plate cylinder 4 becomes apart from the ink roller 18 simultaneously with the removal of the printing pressure following the separation of a press roller 7 and the ink is pushed to the external side of the plate cylinder 4, lowers at a printing pressure removal point D in a smoothly responsive manner.
