PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-way rolling mill which can prevent defective threading property and dispose a cooling device, a heating device or the like between roll cassettes (or rolling mills). SOLUTION: A three-way rolling mill comprises a first three-way roll cassette 2 to roll a work 7 in a substantially triangular section, a second three-way roll cassette 3 to roll the work in a substantially circular section, and a distribution reduction stand 4 to be driven by distributing the power supplied from one power source to the first and second three-way roll cassettes 2 and 3. The first three-way roll cassette 2 and the second three-way roll cassette 3 are disposed on the upstream side of the work flow and on the downstream side of the work flow, respectively, with the first and second three-way roll cassettes 2 and 3 located close to each other.
