The inventive frying device (10) which comprises a unit (12) for conveying food (21) to be fried and a frying drum (11), is disadvantaged by the fact that the existing transport unit operates by scooping and, thereby does not convey a permanent amount of the food to be fried to the drum. The inventive device eliminates said disadvantage by portionwisely taking the food from a food container, weighting and conveying it to the drum. |
