PURPOSE: A floor decorating material having antistatic effect and decorating effect simultaneously is provided to exclude the problem of surface pollution by carbon black and to prevent cracking caused by temperature change. CONSTITUTION: The floor decorating material comprises a backside layer, a base layer and a surface layer from the bottom, wherein the surface layer comprises a plurality of chips having at least two colors, and the chips are coated with a conductive material and is bonded with a binder sol. Particularly, the conductive material is solution or sol containing titanium dioxide powder coated with SnO2, Sb or a mixture thereof, and is used in an amount of 3-15 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the chips.
