<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a separator for a fuel cell which can reduce the number of components by removing a sealing material and which can eliminate time and work of coating with the sealing material. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the separator for the fuel cell includes a step of sandwiching an anode side electrode and a cathode side electrode disposed along an electrolyte film between both sides via diffused layers. The method further includes a step of obtaining a mixed material obtained by mixing a thermoplastic resin with a conductive material, a step of forming a separator material of this mixed material having a gas channel groove on a contact surface with the diffused layer, and a step of irradiating the contact surface of the separator material with an electron beam. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
