<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separator for a fuel cell which makes a superposed part of the separator for the cell and a diffused layer tight and which raises productivity of the separator for the cell and to provide a method for manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The separator 18 for the fuel cell sandwiches an anode side electrode 13 and a cathode side electrode 14 disposed along an electrolyte film 12 between both sides via diffused layers 15 and 16. This separator 18 is formed of a mixed material which contains a thermoplastic resin selected from an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer, and an ethylene ethyl acrylate copolymer, and carbon particles selected at at least one type from the group consisting of a Ketjenblack, graphite and acetylene black. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
