<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer evaluation management system that uses numerical values to identify good customers, predict a group of customers likely to stop visiting a store, and obtain data on the target of effective advertisement by making digital analysis for evaluation and for the display of a list so that customer trends can be determined from visit dates, visit frequencies and spendings. <P>SOLUTION: The customer evaluation management system comprises a visit date input means for inputting visit dates as customers' visit behavior; a visit number input means for inputting the number of visits by each customer; a spending input means for inputting each user's spending at each visit; a digital analysis process means for causing a computer to make digital analysis by dividing the input visit date data, visit number data, and spending data each into ten pieces; a dividing process means for dividing the visit date, the number of visits, and the spending each into a plurality of evaluation steps according to the digital analysis results; and a list creating means by which all the evaluation steps, divided by the dividing means for the visit dates, the number of visits, and the spendings, are combined into a form whereby they can be viewed in certain order on the computer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
