<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste discharging enterprise client device of a recycle mediation system of used metal products capable of facilitating a recycle process so as to effectively utilize the used metal products. <P>SOLUTION: This discharge enterprise client device of a recycle mediation system of used metal products receives used metal product information from a plurality of waste discharging enterprises 11 by an Internet server 10 of a mediator via a communication network 15, receives purchase applications from a plurality of recycle processors 12, and awards them by tenders. The client device is so structured that each discharging enterprise 2 applies to the Internet server 10 for the used metal product information, and receives a notification of the award result; the Internet server publishes information on a web site for every local area; each recycle processor browses the published information to apply for purchase.
