摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor realizing high quality image display, low power consumption and more versatile image display by adding a relatively simple function, and to provide an image processing method and a communication terminal.

SOLUTION: An image to be displayed by a display means and an image to be encoded by an image encoding means can be obtained from an image picked up by an imaging device without deteriorating the image quality by reducing the image thus picked up to image sizes required by the display means and the image encoding means thereby obtaining high quality display image and encoded image.
