<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the reliability of a power supply device which supplies different voltages to a microcomputer provided with a plurality of power supplies. <P>SOLUTION: The power supply device is so constituted that it comprises a first regulator 2, at least one second regulator 4 which generates voltage lower than the first regulator does, a means 6 for detecting the output voltage of the first regulator 2, and a means for stopping the second regulator 4 when the detecting means 6 detects the output voltage V2 of the first regulator 2 lower than a first predetermined voltage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
