<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make easily confirmable the residual capacity of a portable battery when used for a portable wireless device. <P>SOLUTION: The battery residual capacity can be displayed by imparting a switching function at a state display unit (a switching function from the receiving electric field display to the battery capacity display) to the vehicle mount wireless device.
