<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specified position identifying device capable of improving degree of freedom to arrange imaging means in a case that a position specified by radiating light on an image is to be identified based on a pick-up image. <P>SOLUTION: In a first coordinate system specified on the pick-up image, a square area identifying part 43 detects a position of image of a mark based on the pick-up image obtained by imaging an area including the mark for specifying four corners of a square area. Based on the pick-up image, a specified position detection part 46 detects a position of a light image for position specification radiated on the square area in the first coordinate system. In addition, the specified position detection part 46 identifies a position in a second coordinate system where light is radiated based on the detected position of the image of the mark, the detected position of the image of light and a position of the mark in the second coordinate system specified on the square area. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
