<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an airtight terminal unit having a waterproof structure easy to ground a shield wire by using a heat-shrinkable tube to the inside of which thermoplastic resin is applied. <P>SOLUTION: The airtight terminal unit 1 has an airtight terminal 2 and a shield wire 3 connected to the airtight terminal. A connection part of a conductive terminal pin 6 on the airtight terminal and the shield wire is covered by a metal cover 9, and the inside of the cover is filled with an insulating filler 10. A shield 3C of the shield wire is connected to the cover through a conductive connection body 11, and the conduction part is covered by the heat-shrinkable tube 12. The thermoplastic resin is applied to the inside of the heat-shrinkable tube 12, and the thermoplastic resin is softened to fill the inner space of the tube when the heat-shrinkable tube is heated by the resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
