PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make image data able to be composited with a variety of templates while preventing unjust use of the template when the image data acquired by a portable terminal is composited with the template. SOLUTION: Template data TO to be composited with image data S0 is stored in the storage medium 12 of an image composition server 1. Image data S0 acquired by a portable telephone 2 with camera is transmitted to the image composition server 1 where a compositing means 13 composites the image data S0 and template data T0 selected by the user of the portable telephone 2 with camera thus producing composited image data G0.
