PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data communication system with improved processing efficiency. SOLUTION: This data communication system is provided with a bus arbiter 12 allocating a usage right of a bus line 11, bus masters 13_1, 13_2, and 13_3 requiring the usage right of the bus line 11 from the bus arbiter via control lines 15_1, 15_2, and 15_3 and having different usage right priority for the bus line 11, and slave devices 14_1, 14_2, and 14_3 transferring data with the bus masters 13_1, 13_2, and 13_3 via the bus line 11. In the bus arbiter 12, the usage right of the bus line 11 is circulatively allocated to the bus master requiring allocation of the usage right of the bus line 11 by a predetermined cycle time unit.
