摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid component measurement device and method capable of making the composition ratio in the state to be equal to the composition ratio of a liquid containing a plurality of components differing in boiling point in its liquefied form, in a short time from immediately after the start of vaporization, when vaporizing the liquid, and improving the measurement precision of the liquid. SOLUTION: In this liquid component measurement device D, a supplying source 2 for supplying the liquid S containing a plurality of components is connected to a measurement means 1 for measuring the component ratio of the liquid S through a passage 3 having a passage throttle means 4, and the liquid S sent from the supplying source 2 is vaporized on the downstream side of the passage throttle means 4 in the passage 3 and then measured by the measurement means 1. The passage 3 extending from the supplying source 2 to the passage throttle means 4 is formed of a material having high heat conductivity, compared with the material of the passage 3 extending from the passage throttle means 4 to the measurement means 1.
