PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grain sorter having a simple constitution and an improved function. SOLUTION: The grain sorter 1 comprises a sorting section 5 composed of a rotating sorting mesh cylinder 3 for discharging crushed grains coexisting in the grain and a rotating spiral unit 4 for elevating and moving the object grains to be sorted along the inner face of the rotating sorting mesh cylinder 3. The outer casing 2 of the sorting section 5 has an opening in the rear face and is freely opened or closed by a cover 14. The outer circumference of the upper end part of the rotating sorting mesh cylinder 3 is supported by three guide rollers 18, 19, 20 (the guide roller 18 is not shown in the selected figure). The two guide rollers 18 and 19 out of the three guide rollers 18, 19, 20 are provided inside the outer casing 2 and the other guide roller 20 is provided on the inner face of the cover. The three guide rollers 18, 19, 20 supporting the outer circumference of the upper end part of the rotating sorting mesh cylinder 3 are positioned in such a manner that each of the axial centers of the guide rollers is equally distanced from the rotating axial center of the rotating spiral unit 4 and the respective axial centers are at the vertex position of an isosceles triangle.
