<p>A system controller, a control system, and a system control method which are inexpensive, highly stable, capable of storing every information and history in a case of system failure, and capable of switching the processing without any time lag. The system controller includes a bus arbiter and a non-volatile memory and has only a periodical function and a passive function. The system controller uses a bus of a center arbitration method which can attach/detach a device while the power is supplied thereto. Even when one of the devices has failed, processing can be immediately continued by another device on the bus.</p> |
