ARRAY SUBSTRATE OF LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An array substrate of a liquid crystal display and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to cut collectively a shorting bar formed for IPT(In Process Test) of an array substrate. CONSTITUTION: A shorting bar(401) is formed at an edge of a transparent substrate. A resistance margin portion(402) is divided from the shorting bar(401) with a predetermined number and formed with a predetermined width for having a necessary resistance value. A scribe line margin portion(403) is formed with a narrower margin than the resistance margin portion(402) and with a predetermined pattern. A pad portion(404) is connected with the scribe margin portion(403) and formed with a predetermined pattern in which its width is the same as the width of the resistance margin portion(402). A gate or data line(405) is connected to the pad portion(404).
