METHOD AND DEVICE FOR DISPLAYING ERROR LINE NUMBER OF PRINTER

PURPOSE: A method and a device for displaying an error line number of a printer are provided to display the error line number generated during an operation of a printer driver program to the light emitting parts of the printer without a separated debugger. CONSTITUTION: An error checker(40) checks that the error is generated during the operation of the printer driver program, and outputs a check result as a control signal. A number confirmer(42) confirms the error line number generating the error by responding to the control signal and outputs the confirmed error ling number. A blink controller(44) generates a blink signal by each number of the confirmed error line number. A light emitting part(46) is blinked in combination by responding to the blink signal inputted from the blink controller.
