摘要 The inventive group of inventions relates to a method and device for producing high temperature solid oxide fuel cells (HTFC) in the framework of a single production process by the pyrolyisis of organometallic complexes (MOC) which are based on 2-ethylhexane acid. The functional layers of said fuel cell are applied by rolling MOC precursors of each layer on the HTFC blank which is heated to a temperature equal to the pyrolisis temperature of the relevant layer. The contact between the heated blank surface and a liquid precursor makes it possible to evaporate the organic component thereof and form the oxide film for the relevant functional layer. During the layer formation, the temperature of the blank surface varies within a range between 260 and 600 DEG C according to the formed layer. The inventive device for carrying out said method comprises a unit for rotating a carrying electrode (cathode or anode) embodied in the form of a blank and a unit for applying the precursors to the cathode. The layers are deposited along the spiral or generatrix of the blank surfaces with the aid of a roller which directly contacts it. All functional HTFC layers are applied with the aid of the inventive device. Said device and method are applicable for various structural design of an electrical pathway.
