<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring instrument with which breathing, a pulse wave, the state of behavior and a posture can precisely and always be measured. <P>SOLUTION: The physiology measuring instrument 11 is provided with: a belt 13 wound and mounted onto the waist of a human body; a first sensor 15 integrally provided along the belt to detect moving of the surface of the waist; and a signal extraction circuit 25 for extracting a breathing signal and a pulse wave signal of the first sensor. The board 23 of the signal extraction circuit is engaged with the belt by fitting with a surface. On the board, a second sensor 17 which detects inclination of itself to output an inclination signal and detects the acceleration of itself to output an acceleration signal is fixed, and a signal conversion circuit 27 for converting the inclination signal and the acceleration signal to a posture signal and a behavior state signal of the human body is provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
