<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disable a third person to easily obtain image data having been processed through the intervention of a data input/output trader. <P>SOLUTION: In an EEPROM (electrically erasable and programable ROM) 56 of a camera 10, identification data of the telephone number etc., of a portable telephone are recorded from a personal computer (PC) 62 installed at a store of the data input/output trader. A ciphering process part 58 of the camera 10 ciphers image data obtained through photography of the camera 10 by using as a cipher key the identification data recorded in the EEPROM 56. Namely, identification data for identification is combined with a ciphering process of ciphering the image data by using the identification data as the cipher key, so that the security of the image data is ensured more than the case of the conventional example. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
