<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate for a solar cell, containing a resin in the constituting element of the same and optimum for the continuous formation of respective layers constituting the solar cell while capable of suppressing warpage due to the internal stress of a silicon film layer, and the solar cell employing the substrate for a solar cell as well as the manufacturing method of the solar cell. <P>SOLUTION: The substrate for a solar cell is constituted of a laminate of a heat resistant resin film and a heat resistant reinforcing member. The laminate is preferably formed of the heat resistant resin film and the heat resistant reinforcing member which are adhered through thermal fusion bonding while the heat resistant resin film, substantially not containing an organic solvent, is recommended. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
