PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic slimming apparatus for removing subcutaneous fat from each part of the body such as the abdominal area or the buttocks which can be used without using one's hands by wearing a belt with ultrasonic vibrators and can decompose and expel the waste products from the body by an ultrasonic vibrational effect to remove the subcutaneous fat from the body. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic slimming apparatus can be worn on every part of the body by connecting a length adjustable extendable belt 2 detachably to both ends of an elastic belt main body 3. The elastic belt main body 3 is provided with one or more ultrasonic vibrating bodies 4 each comprising an ultrasonic vibrator 8 and an ultrasonic head 9.
