摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical module and an optical transmission module which suppress optical power variations caused by thermal expansion, even if the optical module is increased in size. SOLUTION: The optical module can suppress the optical power variations and prevents variations of an optical coupling efficiency by providing a diaphragm, even if the optical module is increased in size and the distance between an optical device and a lens becomes apt to vary due to the thermal expansion.
