PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to extremely easily perform editing from easy editing like deletion or rearrangement of shots up to rather advanced editing like after-recording or screen effect insertion. SOLUTION: An image editor is provided with a taking^in part for taking in a plurality of moving image signals, a first display part 3 for displaying a plurality representative images being still images representing the plurality of moving images respectively and identification numbers of respective moving images in relation to each other, a second display part 7 for displaying an input screen for allowing identification numbers to be inputted in a desired order, in order to set an arrangement order of the plurality of moving images, an input part for inputting identification numbers to the input screen in the desired order, and an editing part for performing editing by arranging moving images in the order of identification numbers inputted to the input screen.
