PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording medium in which a plurality of real time data are simultaneously recorded and reproduced, and to provide a method for simultaneously recording and reproducing, and an information recording and reproducing device. SOLUTION: Data recorded in a region having a size that is equal to or larger than a minimum size meeting the reproducing condition to enable four accesses are reproduced and the data are recorded in a region having a size equal to or larger than the same size. When the amount of data in a buffer is full, it is switched to recording. Conversely, when the buffer is empty, it is switched to reproducing. Thus, reproducing and recording are alternatively conducted. Therefore, the information recording medium which guarantees simultaneous recording and reproducing, the simultaneous recording and reproducing method and the information recording and reproducing device are obtained.
